St Mary's Catholic Primary School

French Day

Each year, our French tutor, Madame Randell, organises a special day in school so every child finds out more about French life and customs. Miss McCann helped her this year and it was very successful with bunting flying high around the school, children engaged in their learning, lots of French food eaten and children practising their French. At the end of the day, an assembly was arranged so each class could pass on what they had been learning. Some sang whilst others highlighted key pieces of information about France. Parents were invited to join in the fun with a tea party after school. Well done to Madame Randell and Miss McCann.
