Bexley Grammar Theatre Visit

On Friday the 8th February, the Year Five students were lucky enough to be invited to Bexley Grammar School to watch their production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Apart from getting a bit wet in the rain we had a great trip and it was exciting to eat our lunch in the canteen and we had fun going on the bus! The production was really funny and exciting to watch and we loved seeing some ex St. Mary’s students in the cast and the band. The stage design was really inventive and we thoroughly enjoyed their creativity with how they portrayed the Oompa Loompas, using UV paint and sharing important life messages through rap. Thank you to Bexley Grammar for a wonderful afternoon.
