On Wednesday 28th November, St Mary’s took part in an athletics tournament at John Roan School in Greenwich. Students participated in many events including running relays, triple jump, javelin and chest push.

The students won many of their events although we won’t find out the overall scores until all the qualifying events have been completed. What was most pleasing is the award that they were given by the event organiser.
For the second year in a row, St Mary’s were singled out for: ‘Respectful Attitudes and Behaviours’.

This is the what makes us most pleased; that the children conducted themselves in an exemplary fashion. This shows us that our school values are permeating through all aspects of school life.

Well done St Mary’s.
